what is biokinetics?

BIOKINETICS MEANS THE SCIENCE OF MOVEMENT AND THE USE OF exercises in a rehabilitative treatment procedure. The main goal is to improve physical functioning and health care through exercise as a modality.

Biokineticists are concerned with the promotion of health and maintaining physical abilities. Helping with final phase rehabilitation through scientifically-based exercise program prescription.

We are trained professionals registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Biokinetic Association of South Africa (BASA). We are able to assist in chronic, orthopedic, neurological and general health. This also includes sports injuries and pre- and post-natal training.
